These will always be declared at the agenda item when appropriate.
4 – Planning notice:
Planning application number: 38/24/00009/AGE Proposal: Erection of a stable building and creation of a riding arena. Location: Land to the West of, Townsend, Othery, Bridgwater. A representative of the applicant was present which always makes applications easier. The Parish Council support this application as it is appropriate for the applicant and does not affect any other property. This was proposed by Cllr Jennings and seconded by Cllr Jones.
5 – Urgent Matters at the discretion of the Chairman:
Cllr Atherton reported that Westlake Close has been fully resurfaced. There is a manhole in the main road that is making a loud noise every time vehicles drives over it so it needs attention. Cllr Atherton will look at the manhole on Tuesday morning to see which utility agency needs to attend and rectify the fault.
