No updates.

6 – Matters Arising:

Highways issues: The School have been contacted about the signs, but the Clerk will ask the PCSO to go and see the head as she has concerns about the signs. Moving of one SID to a new location is not a viable option so they remain in place: Councillor vacancy update: Looking for a volunteer to co-opt. NALC advice regarding emails and the availability of othery.org.uk emails if you wish to use them rather than spend about £6 a month per person to set up a 365 account: Cllr Selway and Jennings advised the clerk that they cannot change to “From” box to the Othery.org.uk email. Since the meeting the clerk can change as he uses Microsoft Outlook. He will ask for advice from our web support.

7 – Playing Field:

Update: Dave has done some amazing work on the playing field and is prepared to do more which is a great help to Cllr Selway. She has more quotes to present hopefully at the next meeting. There is more fund raising to come.

8 – Cemetery:

Update: No update as Cllr Betty had tended his apology. An applicant had been contacted now that he was back in the UK and over his illness about ashes being interned in the cemetery but since the phone call the clerk has heard nothing.
